Dorian Winter is a 21-year-old writer and provisional psychologist. He is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Antler Velvet, an independent ecosystem of letters, visual art, and journalism. His work explores memoir, queerness, liminality, and the sensory textures of memory, drawing on his parallel practice in psychology and mental health research. Urjosshi Ahmed (who assumes the name Evelyn Thakur under the pen) is a 25-year-old emerging writer from the UK. Though she began her writing journey recently, literature has always been a friend and guiding hand. She is consumed by her ever-growing list of books (which must contain either a Nabokov, Poe, Lispector or Brontë!) and is drawn to the psychological intricacies of Gothic literature. Undómë Elen—known in the everyday world as Afrah Fatima—is a 21-year-old English literature student, writer, poetess, and ruminating wanderer based in Ontario, Canada. Her words, steeped in longing and imagination, are steadfast companions in a world she often feels has gone astray. A devoted admirer of the Brontës, Austen, and Tolkien, she finds solace in their introspective and timeless worlds, often losing herself in their pages. Inspired by Tolkien's magic, she adopted a pseudonym drawn from Middle-earth alongside a cherished and whimsical Gmail ID that still brings her joy. Ashley Malecha (she/her) is a writer living in Minnesota by the Mississippi River with her two dogs and two cats. She has a BA in Creative Writing and her work has been published in various literary magazines. Her poetic style mirrors that of poets like Emily Dickinson, Ada Limón, Molly McGlennen, Edgar Allan Poe, and Jericho Brown. She enjoys Dickinson's honest and unique style, Joy Harjo's rhythm, and poems that reinterpret myths. In her free time, she loves reading and treats herself to the occasional sweet.

Eleni Athanasiou is a 17-year-old poetry reader who curates and evaluates submissions. She actively collaborates with her senior peers to produce and refine their monthly school publications, for which she heavily obtains artistic freedom and expression. Eleni succeeded in her state's Library Creative Writing Competition for her authentic written composition of A Quatrain Poem. Her adoration for literature enhances her passion for browsing emerging and established magazines. Furthermore, she maintains social interaction with her international pen pals, exchanging letters and photography, specifically Polaroids, which she treasures dearly.

Rachel Denham-White is an emerging writer living in Boorloo/Perth. In 2022, she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) dissertation on the Postfeminist Gothic movement in the works of Angela Carter. Since graduating, she has been featured in Westerly, Voiceworks, Haunted Words Press, Broken Antler Magazine, Banksia Journal, and anthologies from Rhiza Edge Press and IFWG Publishing. She currently reviews books for Good Reading magazine and spends her spare time playing Dungeons & Dragons and writing her debut horror novel.

Ahrya Reddy is a South Asian poet and writer inspired by her culture and experience as a woman of colour. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Master's in Creative Writing. Josephine Basham is a 24 year old writer living in New South Wales. She recently graduated from a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in English), during which she developed a love of the gothic genre and its ability to reveal the complexities of women’s lives, especially within the works of the Brontë’s and Ann Radcliffe. When not writing she can usually be found with a cup of coffee reading anything from Jane Austen and the Brontë’s to Ottessa Moshfegh or working on her next crochet project.

Victoria Aitken (she/her) is a freelance graphic designer and art director based in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia. She has over 7+ years of experience in branding and visual storytelling, and adores collaborating with ambitious clients to create decadent identities and elegant strategies: translating the ephemeral into the visual. Fluent in editorial fashion, social media landscapes, and art history, Victoria spins enchanting worlds out of pixels and paper.

Victoria graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor’s in Communication Design, and held the role of President of the design society Ctrl+ for over 2 years. She currently runs the culture and art Substack @Frivolous with over 5000+ readers, and her creative and written work has been featured in multiple fashion and culture publications Duvu, FashionJournal, and Emergingartistscollective. Jasper Dean is a 20-year literature & environmental science student and  full-time insect enthusiast. He has been Secretary of the Western Australian Insect Study Society (WAISS) since 2022, through which he’s gained valuable experiences in website maintenance, newsletter distribution, and records-keeping. A mixed-media artist at heart, Jasper admires artists like Tyler Thrasher, who blends science and art in his innovative crystal creations, and Meredith Willmott, who combines her love of entomology with watercolour and textile craft in beautiful scientific illustrations. Pinpointing his childhood spent amongst the Canadian Rocky Mountains as fostering his love for art and the environment, Jasper seeks to channel that same feeling of wide-eyed wonder into his creative outlets.

Olayanka Reddy (she/her) is a South African creative with a BA in Fashion Design, graduating Cum Laude. Enchanted by stories and the worlds they create, she explores her love of art and narrative through digital illustration, writing, and concept design for games. Her background in fashion fuels her eye for detail, texture, and character, weaving imagination into every piece she makes. When she isn’t creating, Olayanka can be found listening to orchestral music, spending time with her loved ones, wandering in nature, and thrifting away.

Laetitia Van Hecke (she/her) is a Korean-Belgian digital artist (@aelvee.art on Instagram), fashion enthusiast dabbling in fiber arts, and aspiring visdev artist / illustrator / graphic novelist (she is also very indecisive). She enjoys experimenting with colors and is drawn to themes such as the ocean and its peripheries, the exploration of memory and the expression of dreams and whimsy. Hobbies include hoarding pins on Pinterest and having grape candies and a nice warm tea while reading on rainy days.

Morgana Faye is a black-and-white tattoo illustrator. Her signature style involves interpreting dreamcatchers through varying concepts. This process helps challenge her creativity by avoiding design overlap. What started as a passion project Morgana has developed into her art style. She remains a traditionalist, preferring the comforts of paper, pencil, ink, and charcoal. To compensate for the absence of color, Morgana intensifies the shading. First with pencil, then with pen, before finishing off with charcoal. You can find her work through Instagram and CARA with the same name. Morgana also creates digital graphics for various projects - personal and formal assignments.

Agatha Wren is a visual artist whose work always comes back to the natural world. Chiefly inspired by local folklore, symbolism, and of course nature. Art is such an important vessel for the reflection upon nature and its beauty. The two, art and nature have been linked throughout art history and she tries to honour this connection in her work. Working in ink, this medium allows her to reach real depth and detail, of which is so integral in nature. She hopes the minute details of her work helps to highlight the awesomeness of nature, things we maybe miss out on yet exist right outside our windows everyday. Abel J. is an illustration graduate and multimedia illustrator based in the North East of England. Their prevailing interest is in analogue and handmade methods of working, and their pieces focus upon creating organic texture and tone inspired by the tactile natural world and themes of folklore.
