Antler Velvet is a digital arts magazine— a wild terrain for poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and visual art. We embrace works of all kinds without constraints. Inspired by 19th-century Romantics and the art nouveau, antler velvet is a gathering place for creative expression, new ideas with old souls, and uncompromising emerging voices.
Hello, I'm Dorian!
I'm a 21-year-old psychology student, research assistant, and storyteller with a passion for exploring the intersections of human behaviour, creativity, and communication. My academic work in psychology informs much of what I do — from empirical research to creative direction. From 2023 onwards, I have spearheaded Antler Velvet as its Editor-in-Chief, Founder, and Artistic Director, overseeing five issues to date. The journal has evolved into an international arts platform amplifying bold, emerging voices across literature, art, and cultural commentary.
